The Hills Jewelry guarantees product quality for 6 months from date of purchase or as stipulated by jewelry or watch manufacturer. The warranty covers any damage caused by manufactoring defect. Damage or loss caused as a result of customer negligence, abuse, or accident is not covered under store policy. Customer is advised to insure jewelry on their own personal insurance for full coverage.
